The giclee photo prints supplied are 330 x 483 mm approx.(A3) (otherwise size will be specified) and are all priced individually - please see individual image for price. All canvas sizes vary - please see individual image for details. All prices are in £ Sterling.

All giclee prints are supplied unframed and unmatted, and are either posted in tubes, or flat depending on the paper type used. The sizes indicated are paper sizes. Image sizes are smaller, allowing for a white border. The white border allows the print to be handled by your framer without touching the actual image.

Canvas Prints : the printed image continues over the generous gallery-wrapped 1.5" frame and is delivered ready to hang.All canvases are carefully wrapped and contained within a strong double-walled protective box for swift and safe delivery.

FRAMING

We can arrange for your print to be supplied mounted and framed. We use a local framer in Royal Deeside, who is a member of The Fine Art Guild. This is very much a bespoke service and if you choose this service, you will received an image that has been framed to the highest quality. You will however, need a certain amount of flexability for this option as the frame will be matched to the image not the other way round!

As each print and canvas is printed to order, please allow up to 14 working days for prints. WORLDWIDE - Again, as each print is to order, please allow up to 21 days.

If you need your print by a specific date please contact us and we will do our best to arrange it (there may be an additional charge for this if we need to send it by courier - you will always be contacted for confirmation for any additional costs involved first).

RETURNS POLICY

Damaged Goods: We carefully check all orders, prior to despatch. However, unfortunately items can sometimes get lost or damaged in transit due to factors beyond our control. If your goods arrive damaged in any way, please contact me within 7 days of receipt for either a full refund or to request a replacement item.

TAKING CARE OF YOUR PRINTS

On receipt of your prints, please unpack very carefully. Try to avoid handling the image as they can be marked easily. Obviously you need to inspect your new purchase! but please do it gently. Probably best to have a peep, confirm that you're happy with the image and then recover it with the supplied tissue paper and visit your local professional framer a.s.a.p, who should be able to mount and frame your image to your requirements.

HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER

We have made every effort to reproduce the colour of photos as accurately as possible, however, all colours shown on this website can vary from individual monitor to another. To ensure images do not take too long to download, we have had to highly compress them so they are suitable for web page viewing. Please note that they do not compare to the high quality photographic prints that you will be supplied with. In order to produce beautiful archival prints, each image goes through an intricate process of enhancing (if required) and is then digitally printed using the latest technology.

What is giclee printing?

"Giclee (pronounced 'Gee Clay'), from the French verb meaning 'to squirt' " Giclée prints are produced from top quality digital inkjet printers and offer one of the highest degree of accuracy and richness of colour available in any of the reproduction techniques. The visual quality of the print result is extremely high with seeming continuous tone prints without dots, lines or barring.

The colour saturation and definition can be stunning, which is why Giclée prints are now found in the finest galleries.
